In-Clinic Testing Services

Drug & Alcohol Testing Center offers a full range of in‑clinic services to help employers, agencies, and individuals meet company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Most services are available on a walk‑in basis during regular clinic hours, with friendly staff and short wait times.

Collection & Testing Services

We provide both rapid and lab‑based testing options for:

  • Rapid urine screens (immediate preliminary results)

  • Lab‑based urine specimen collection (sent to a certified laboratory)

  • Oral fluid (saliva) drug testing, including lab confirmation where required

  • Hair testing with extended detection windows

Breath alcohol testing using DOT‑approved devices

Walk‑In Services

Walk‑in testing services are typically available for:

  • Urine specimen collection (lab‑based) for pre‑employment, random, post‑accident, or reasonable suspicion

  • Rapid urine drug screens for pre‑employment, random, post‑accident, or reasonable suspicion

  • Oral fluid drug testing (when ordered by an employer or program)Hair collection for drug testing

  • Breath alcohol testing

  • Fingerprinting

Please bring a valid government‑issued photo ID and any paperwork or authorization forms provided by your employer, agency, or program.

Services Requiring an Appointment

For certain services, an appointment is required so we can ensure the right staff and timing:

  • Return‑to‑duty urine tests

  • Follow‑up testing

  • DOT physicals performed by a certified medical examiner

  • Some specialty or high‑volume testing arrangements

  • TSA PreCheck enrollment and related identity‑verification services (as scheduled through the TSA contractor system)

Program Management (TPA/Service Agent)

Drug & Alcohol Testing Center also serves as a Service Agent/Third Party Administrator (TPA) for employers in Wisconsin and across the United States. We can:

  • Provide collection site services in our clinic during regular hours

  • Manage client accounts, test results, and other testing needs

  • Help locate and coordinate collection sites nationwide

  • Handle DOT FMCSA Clearinghouse program management

  • Coordinate after‑hours, on‑call, on‑site testing for post‑accident and reasonable‑suspicion situations
