Susie Fernandez de Cordova | Owner
Data-driven healthcare professional and community advocate Susana Fernandez de Cordova (Susie) leverages 15+ years of experience advancing equity in Alzheimer’s research, clinical operations, and public health. Co-owner of Drug & Alcohol Testing 24/7, she shapes clinic systems, compliance, and strategy. Holding a Master’s in Clinical and Health Informatics and a Bachelor’s in Sociology (University of Wisconsin–Madison), her background includes research coordination, data science, and community outreach at UW Health and UW-Madison’s Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center. Fluent in English and Spanish, she develops culturally responsive tools and strategies to improve access for bilingual and rural populations at her clinic. She is committed to ethical, evidence-based care and equitable access to employment screening.
Javier Neira | Owner
Mission-driven community leader, entrepreneur, and operational strategist Javier Neira has 14+ years of experience advancing equity and access across Wisconsin. As co-owner of Drug & Alcohol Testing 24/7, he supports client operations and strategic growth for compliant and compassionate testing services. Previously, as Director of Recruitment at the University of Wisconsin, Javier designed award-winning diversity and inclusion initiatives. At the clinic, he strengthens employer partnerships and expands outreach to rural and bilingual communities. Javier holds a master’s degree in Educational Leadership and a bachelor’s degree in International Relations.
