Do I Need an Appointment or Can I Just Walk-In?

  • DOT & NON-DOT Physicals performed by a certified medical examiner

  • Some specialty or high volume testing arrangements

  • TSA PreCheck enrollment and related identity verification services (as scheduled through the TSA contractor system)

  • Fieldprint Services (includes fingerprinting, identity verification, I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification, related services)

Walk-In Services

  • Urine specimen collection (lab based) for pre-employment, random, post accident, or reasonable suspicion

  • Rapid urine drug screens for pre-employment, random, post accident, or reasonable suspicion

Friday: 8am - 3:30pm
Last Saturday of each month: 8am - 12pm
