Drug & Alcohol Testing Center is a specialized clinic offering testing for unique circumstances and legal situations in South Central Wisconsin and Northern Illinois. We work with courts, attorneys, licensing boards, and monitoring programs to provide accurate, defensible results with clear chain of custody.

We can provide testing for:

  • Probation and parole programs

  • Family court cases and custody matters

  • District Attorney’s offices

  • Respite and transition programs

  • Wisconsin DSPS and other professional licensing boards

  • RecoveryTrek, Affinity, and similar monitoring programs

  • Iowa Board of Nursing and comparable agencies

Please contact us to start the conversation before your first visit. We will need to speak with you in advance to:

  • Confirm which tests and panels are required

  • Discuss pricing and frequency

  • Identify where and how results must be reported (court, agency, attorney, or monitoring program)

If you arrive without having spoken to us beforehand, we will not be able to provide testing services that day, because we must ensure the correct protocols and reporting are in place.

Personal Testing

Personal testing is for individuals who want testing for their own information, with:

  • No attorney involved

  • No court case filed

  • No requirement to test for any legal action, agency, or program

In many cases, laboratory results can be available in as little as 24–36 hours, depending on the type of test ordered and the laboratory used.
